Problem Based Learning (PBL) - Problem Solving Skills (PSS): Systematic Literature Review

At this time, education in Indonesia has entered the 21st century, which requires students to have century skills, one of is problem-solving skills (PSS). PSS needed life so that can solve their problems appropriately, effectively, and efficiently. One way increase students' use varied innovative learning models, such as problem-based (PBL). This research an SLR study aims find out whether PBL affect student PSS. The methodology included identifying objectives by creating questions, drafting implementation for writing team, screening inclusion, searching literature/ references, taking essence selected articles, exclusions, conducting synthesis, studies. used database, namely SCOPUS, with a total 167 articles time period from 2013 – 2022. Then, these were filtered inclusion exclusion 69 obtained worthy review. results review be presented follows: (1) country conducted most on effect PSS; (2) fields involved are very varied, but mathematics health dominate most; (3) objects also vary level dominates; (4) general result PSS, although there several studies contradict results; (5) model PBL, been combined other models more creative. conclusion
